You will be responsible for managing the relationship with an external IT services company that is shortly to take over responsibility for integration of infrastructure/platforms for solutions with international clients.

This will include working with internal technical teams and the third party to define parameters and SLAs to ensure successful delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing relationships with third party IT service providers on an international multi-million pound contract
