| Leading telecoms solution provider seeks an experienced Service Manager to manage relationships with third party outsourcers. In particular, you will be responsible for supplier management of a multi-million pound contract with a global IT services company providing an operational delivery solution (hardware-based). This is a new and key relationship with a valuable outsourced solution, both in terms of financial cost and in terms of impact on the business. The outsourced provider will also be providing integration solutions on behalf of this company to their clients, so this relationship is crucial to the success of the business. You will have experience of managing an external IT services provider including SLAs, KPIs and forecasting. You will have had exposure to international service provision and will have proven experience in stakeholder management both internally and externally. |
